Smog Detect respects your privacy. This application does not collect, store, share, or process any personal data.
Smog Detect does not collect any personally identifiable information. The app does not require account registration and does not track users.
If location access is granted by the user, Smog Detect uses the device location to find the nearest air quality monitoring station. The location coordinates may be sent to an external API solely for the purpose of identifying the nearest monitoring station and returning relevant air quality information.
Smog Detect does not store your location, does not create a location history, and does not use your location for advertising, tracking, or user profiling.
Smog Detect does not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies inside the application.
The developer may access aggregated analytics provided by Apple through App Store Connect, such as download counts, app performance metrics, crash reports, and general usage statistics. These analytics are processed by Apple in accordance with Apple's own privacy policies.
Smog Detect retrieves publicly available air quality data from the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (ČHMÚ) OpenData services and may use external APIs to determine the nearest monitoring station based on the location provided by the device.
The transmitted data is limited to what is necessary for the app to function. The developer does not sell, share, or use this data for advertising, profiling, or tracking purposes.
Smog Detect does not knowingly collect data from children or any users.
Since no personal data is collected or stored, there is no personal information at risk of unauthorized access.
